In partnership with the United Way of Greater Oswego County the Strong Families, Strong Communities program empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It fosters skill development, independence, and community integration.
Families engage with the community by participating in events and resource fairs, that ultimately raise awareness and acceptance of disabilities. The program promotes the idea of community service, transforming individuals into active contributors within the community.
